Our Apps may display third-party advertising and may offer optional in-app purchases. All purchases are processed by the app store from which you downloaded the App (Amazon Appstore or Google Play), and refunds are handled under that store's policy, not by us.
The Apps, the Site, and all related names, logos, artwork, audio, code and content are owned by Neskly Games or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law.
We may modify, suspend or discontinue any App or feature at any time, and may release updates that must be installed for the App to keep working. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
The Apps and the Site are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neskly Games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Apps or the Site.
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Apps after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
